Locations and Parking

• The main location of our meeting is the Auburn Research Park at 540 Duvall Drive. We will be in suite 101 and there will be signage directing you. Parking is free at the Research Park. 
• If you are staying in town, at The Hotel at Auburn, it is conveniently located across the street from the Ralph Brown Draughon Library but you will want to drive to the Auburn Research Park.
• For our visit to the Ralph Brown Draughon (RBD) Library, we recommend anyone not staying overnight at the Hotel at Auburn carpool with someone who either is staying at the hotel or who works at RBD Library to make parking easier on you. We will gladly return you to your car later that afternoon or after dinner – whatever your preference! 
• Visitor parking is available at the Jules Collins Smith Museum at the North and East sides of the building
• Parking is available at the Auburn University Raptor Center.

Posters Information

We would like to display recent research posters of ALHeLA attendees on the Digital Wall in Auburn’s RBD Library. If you have a poster you presented at MLA or another conference and would like to display it at ALHeLA, please send a digital file to Adelia Grabowsky at abg0011@auburn.edu.

Preferred formats are .jpg or .png but PowerPoint files are also acceptable. Files must be sent to abg0011@auburn.edu no later than Wednesday, November 5th.
